These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the bad baji platform and all its services. By accessing the bad baji website, mobile app, or any associated services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

To create an account with bad baji, the following requirements must be met:

• Each individual may register only one account.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• You must use a mobile number or email address registered in your own name.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activity on your account — including logins, bets, and withdrawals. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact bad baji support immediately.

Creating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bad baji reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds caused by a technical error.
• Bad baji is not liable for any disconnection issues during live betting.
• Bad baji reserves the right to void bets where match-fixing or corrupt activity is suspected.

Odds Changes

Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of submission are considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bad baji platform:

• Creating an account or logging in using another person's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.

Bad baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
• Where fraud or deceptive activity is suspected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If your account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities.

To close your account yourself

You can close your account at any time. Simply contact Support and submit a closure request. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
